Adds a touch of class to the interior
I went with the black and beige combination and I'm seriously impressed. It complements the original interior beautifully. The fit is snug, the stitching is spot on, and I've already had compliments from passengers. This is the kind of product that makes a real difference to your everyday driving experience.

I haven't received the right order. This was months ago. I have sent many emails and only had one reply saying someone from customer service will be in contact. Avoid!!!

Ordered seat covers and mats, nothing arrived the tracking said "Invalid address" now they cant find the products and claim they were shipped back to the company, and have stopped returning my emails. I asked that my products be delivered to me or my purchase be reimbursed, and have received no response. Now they have my money and the products. Do not order from these people they are scammers 0

Terribl customer service
Ordered car mats and seat covers, was charged $418, never received order, lost the tracking email. Called several times and gave them my email info and telephone number, was promised a email back to forward info about the charges to my account but never received an email back from them. Now I will have to recover the $$ thru my banks fraud department

100% BEST CARSEAT COVERS EVER!
I am completely satisfied with my purchase of car seat covers. They are just as described. The quality is unmatched by anything else I've found anywhere else. On one occasion I spoke to customer service about my purchase & they are wonderful. They are quick to respond & honestly, they went above & beyond to make sure I was completely happy. I will order again. Note that shipping does take a bit longer than some others but it's worth it. FedEx delivered my package & I appreciate the fact I can rest assure they are doing a professional job compared to other delivery companies. "Ultra Car Mats" are a dependable company in all areas. You'll be happy you shop with them.

For being made right when I order
For being made right when I order , it came relatively fast. The fitment was good. They are not weather tech/guard mats so don’t expect them to be but they definitely keep your carpet protected. Only drawback is the wrinkles in material for overall look. But great product does the trick

Excellent quality & professional company
I received my custom made mats for my new car but the rear ones did not fit properly. I emailed my issue on a Sunday & within an hour I had an email back asking me to send some pictures of the mats that did not fit. I sent over the pictures & I received an apologetic email which also told me that I would be getting a replacement set of mats & that they would be their priority to get them to me as soon as they could. I now have my new mats which fit perfectly. I am very happy with the service & quality from ultra mats & would highly recommend them to anyone. Martin.

Good enough but not great...
Website looked good and they have clearly curated their reviews but they do not disclose these products come from China and are definitely not "3d scanned" or "tailor made to order" as the website suggests. I ordered a full set of seat covers for a BMW i3 which has odd shaped seats, I was sent a dispatch notification the next day, so these were clearly NOT tailor made for each vehicle. I emailed UltraCarMats querying this and got no response. Shipping took about a week and I received a generic set of covers which I assume they just allocate a small/medium/large set based on what car you put on your order. The quality seems decent enough and they look ok from afar, but up close the fit isn't great and you can tell they're just a one-size-fits-all design. I only wanted covers to stop my kids getting their dirty shoes all over my seats, but for £200+ I kind of expected something actually tailored to my car. I'm probably going to keep them as I expect getting a refund from this company will be near impossible.

They are asking me to review the seat…
They are asking me to review the seat covers and floor mats and I haven’t even received them. I have been scammed of around $400.00 . I will be making a police report and calling better business bureau. Very disappointed.☹️

Seat covers are junk
Seat covers are not custom fit to your vehicle they are generic at best, had I known this was a Chinese company I would not have ordered. Top of the seat cover has a zipper that you're supposed to leave open in order to use your headrest, That's unacceptable. I cannot say enough how poorly these are designed and made. We do not stand behind their product.
