Adds a touch of class to the interior
I went with the black and beige combination and I'm seriously impressed. It complements the original interior beautifully. The fit is snug, the stitching is spot on, and I've already had compliments from passengers. This is the kind of product that makes a real difference to your everyday driving experience.

I haven't received the right order. This was months ago. I have sent many emails and only had one reply saying someone from customer service will be in contact. Avoid!!!

Unlike the majority of reviews, mine is 5* & well deserved. My covers arrived quickly, are good quality, simple to fit & look good. My one issue is that the passenger seat in my Golf has a storage box beneath which prevents the cover from being hooked to the bottom of the seat. I sent an email, received a reply offering a full refund, however, when I said that I was overall very happy with the product so a part refund would be more acceptable, I received 50% of my money back. Happy days.

Poor customer support
I ordered front seat covers and never received them. When I contacted customer support alI I got was a message that a ticket had been made for shipping. After a month I contacted my cc company and had the charges reversed...

Like others have said these covers are clearly universal mine took 10 days to arrive and I was really surprised at the quality unfortunately they didn’t have a cut out for the drop down tables at the back of my seats so I conplained and got a quick reply stating they were sorry and would refund me which they did within 48hrs so I can’t really complain .but I did pay through PayPal which helped

Don’t order no mats please
Don’t order no mats please. There isn’t no refund…! This thing about a refund isn’t what they do at all. So believe what I am warning you about now. The car sit are kinda okay, but the mat not so much at all, you’ll be setting yourself up to be disappointed and then Robbed. Now I have mats that I can’t use at… all😡. And the options of a refund has not happened….! So fair warning ⚠️ .

False Advertising Policy
The product arrived but it did not fit my car, I checked and rechecked my order to make sure it wasn't my fault and it isn't. I was going to just accept that they didn't fit but I also did not like the color so I requested to simply replace/exchange the color but after 2 emails they haven't responded in a week. Their return and exchange policy clearly states that 100% satisfaction and fit guarentee but dont want to adhere to their own policy. No clue what's going on. I am going to open a dispute with my credit card company to see if they will respond. I will edit this if they fix their mistake. Edit: didn't do anything usefully, sent a replacement in exactly the same color when I've made it clear. I will never advise anyone using this company

Don't Buy Ultra
I finally got my mats today. Quality is sub-par. Rear mats don't even fit properly at all, not even close. Not to mention they took 2 months to arrive and got no updates on arrival until I asked. Ordered Luxus and they fit perfectly, have more tabs to keep them in place and far better quality. Did I mention they FIT LIKE A GLOVE. Ultra is clueless.
