Good enough but not great...
Website looked good and they have clearly curated their reviews but they do not disclose these products come from China and are definitely not "3d scanned" or "tailor made to order" as the website suggests. I ordered a full set of seat covers for a BMW i3 which has odd shaped seats, I was sent a dispatch notification the next day, so these were clearly NOT tailor made for each vehicle. I emailed UltraCarMats querying this and got no response. Shipping took about a week and I received a generic set of covers which I assume they just allocate a small/medium/large set based on what car you put on your order. The quality seems decent enough and they look ok from afar, but up close the fit isn't great and you can tell they're just a one-size-fits-all design. I only wanted covers to stop my kids getting their dirty shoes all over my seats, but for £200+ I kind of expected something actually tailored to my car. I'm probably going to keep them as I expect getting a refund from this company will be near impossible.
