I have used Ultimo Electronics previously and have always found their customer service quick and efficient snd the products first class. This time I purchased a reconditioned IPad Pro 1, overall I am happy with the purchase however the battery charge is disappointing, I seem to be having to recharge it every day
AVOID! I bought a ring doorbell through WOWCHER. It was faulty and don’t work. After leaving to charge for 3 days we sent it back as they said and I asked for a refund rather than replacement. They said they would refund incl. the cost to send it back (i sent it back guaranteed delivery). The so called ‘Bethany’ said that I sent them back a product that wasn’t theirs so they can’t accept it and sending back to me. This was not the case and now I’m £70 down. I’ve asked them to call me/provide me with their telephone to which they say they don’t have one. I’ve asked to speak to a manager and make a formal complaint multiple times and this has been ignored. She claimed they have serial codes on the ones they send out and the one I returned doesn’t - I don’t see how that can be when I returned the EXACT SAME DOORBELL! I’m now over £70/80 down and getting nowhere with them at all. Don’t waste your money, spend the bit extra and get it from a reputable shop where you will have the protection and not be scammed like I have. I can’t afford to loose this money, learn from my mistake
I recently bought a ring doorbell and when I came across a few blips whilst setting up I emailed them. Bethany replied a few hours later, was a great help and sorted my problems swiftly. 10/10 great company, great working doorbell, very helpful- would recommend.
Purchased through wowcher, Ring doorbell is not working properly. We asked for refund. Tree weeks ago we sent it back because it didnt work and today they sent us product again, instead of refund. We rejected that ring door bell. A more then a month after we still didnt get our money back. So they kept their product and money, we even paid postage. We reported to citizen advice and contacted a bank. Avoid this place, they are scam. THEY ARE STEALING THE MONEY. I wish I can put screenshots from them.
Absolutely shocking, they send out rubythen accept no responsibility. They say they’re going to refund but don’t. I have contacted Cotizens Advice, Trading Standards and now I am waiting to hear back from Wowcher. Vile people to deal with!!!!
The phone I ordered is OK. I would not consider it 'Very Good' condition as there are some small deep scratches on the screen, so I was disappointed overall as it was an Xmas present for my son. The packaging is poor, just a huge generic box that the phone rattles around in. I was hoping for a phone type box at least. You could have got a laptop in the box it was packed in. The phone does work OK and is generally decent condition overall, I guess time will tell.

The quality of the iPhone is very good and as it’s the first one my son has purchased with his own money, I need to be reassured that he gets good value for money. It’s still early days and I hope we don’t have any technical problems with it.
I bought an iphone which needed to be returned for repair which failed. I returned the item requesting a refund as per consumer rights act however the company toyed with me like a mouse and have failed to respond to my complaint and will not refund the £169.99 I paid. Avoid the company if you want your rights upheld and go to a bigger company like Amazon who will uphold your consumer rights
Perfect item, super fast delivery. My daughter's new iPhone 11 arrived within days and is near immaculate. Went for a new battery that seems to last for days! I think this is our third iPhone from Ultimo - can't fault them! Many thanks!
I bought an Apple Watch in Feb this year. All was fine with the watch until a month ago it started glitching and then not charging. I sent it back and they said it had water damage?Ive assured the company this watch was never in water I never even went in the shower with it.This outcome I just have to except. However my watch was returned today with the screen hanging off and it looks like it’s been through a rough time!! When reporting this to ultimo their response was “we apologise “. I don’t recommend this company. I’m such a disappointed customer.
