don’t use this company, they will trash your property, I’ve tried calling the company but as expected, no response, so I called UK energy who they did the work for, and put a complaint to them, but again not at all helpful

Bad interview experience

I was invited for an interview at this energy-saving company, followed by an in-person assessment. I was told I’d be contacted with the outcome shortly afterward. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up, despite being assured I would. The process felt quite disorganised, and there was a clear lack of communication. It’s disappointing, especially when candidates take time and effort to attend in good faith. Professionalism and clear communication are essential — especially in a sector that relies on public trust.

This is a serious complaint against…

This is a serious complaint against Owen from UK Energy Services which I will be taking further then a bad review here. I contacted UK Energy Services because I am desperate. I have a dangerous boiler and my local council does not care whether we live or die -literally - I had to call an ambulance on a dying woman and nothing has changed. Not Owen's concern of course, but just to give you some context re how desperate my situation is. So when he contacted me to respond to my request, I explained to him immediately how useless and unhelpful my council is. Owen left me hanging for weeks despite my extremely polite prompts for him to get back to me. He eventually said he'd look into it and then left me hanging again I managed to actually get hold of him on the phone where again he said he'd look into it. I even said how nice he was even though he had ignored all my messages. After leaving me hanging for weeks and I prompted him, he FINALLY replied with a "I suggest you contact your council". By then I had lost it because I told him ON DAY ONE I came here because council are useless. He then said "well if council won't help you there's nothing we can do, sorry love." That is the most p take, insulting and unprofessional response. He would never have called me "love" if I was a man and I have kept a screenshot of his message. He should have told me a month ago if the council won't help then you won't. Instead he left me hanging with repeated ignores and left me hopeful for a month that I may eventually get help. Then he ended this infuriating correspondence by calling me "love." which is extremely insulting. He should have been upfront and honest from day one, communicated with me and not take the p of me at the end of it all like he did. As I said, I'm taking this matter further to have your company investigated.

My first time buying an Air…

My first time buying an Air conditioning unit, and WAC did not disappoint! Very good prices and very friendly staff. Will be coming back here for all my air conditioning needs! Thanks again guys, you’ve saved me a lot of money and the energy rating on it is an A. Highly recommend!

Outstanding!

Had a Ducted unit installed in my home supplying both heating and cooling into both bedrooms and I can say that having this done is one of the best decisions I’ve made! Not only the team who installed it were professional, knowledgeable and polite but I can happily sleep easy and be comfortable in my own bedroom in this muggy and hot weather and also knowing that I can stay cosy and warm in the winter in heating mode in a more energy efficient way :) I can’t thank this team enough! I’ll definitely be in touch if I need any more rooms with air conditioning in the future. 5****

Highly recommended for AC

Nick prepared the quotation and install completed by Harry and Liam. We opted for a Midea ducted system covering three areas upstairs with a single outdoor unit. The install took a bit longer than planned, but was done very professionally and I'm really happy with it. The system is also great - seems energy efficient and is silent in the house. The quoted price was reasonable. Also, Harry and Liam were some of the best tradesmen we've had in terms of being quiet, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend! Thanks

Great Job and Really Happy

The guys were quick, knowledgeable and did a great job. We are really happy with the end product and even when we found a hiccup (wanted a wall controller when the unit came with a remote), the team were able to get one next day and the guys from the office even came out and delivered it by hand to ensure the job got done. Highly recommend UK Energy Services and now enjoying a thick duvet even on the hot nights!
