Unable to do a balance transfer to certain credit cards. It doesn't make sense why not as they are not store cards and there were no alternative options despite contacting customer service twice. I think a money transfer offer under the same terms should be made available so I can complete the transfer myself - call me silly!
I was locked out of my Virgin credit card app because I’d tried to download it onto 2 different devices. This was at the weekend so there wasn’t anyone available until a weekday. I also found the options difficult on the queuing system awkward because when I pressed a digit on my iPhone this wasn’t picked up by the automated system so I kept getting cut off. Anyway, I would have left quite a poor review after this but when I got through to Customer Call centre and spoke to a person- what a game changer. I am so delighted with the response from Patience who I spoke to today that those glitches I experienced have been quickly forgotten. Patience really was patient with me and took time to answer all my questions and my initial issue was quickly resolved. Thank you so much Patience. I understand that things do go wrong with a new service but good customer care is key.

Ordered card, arrived when promised. Did transfers which was straightforward. App looks fine. No problems
Applied for advertised Virgin Credit card to enable to transfer a payment to another credit card at 0% fee for 13 Months interest free. Card arrived late which could only be used with Virgin App. The App which had to be down loaded was full of soft ware problems with account details and Virgin net work faults not allowing verification to view account. on the 9th September finally managed to use App after making multiple attempts for days to verify account only managed by speaking to several Virgin agents who also had difficulties in resolving. On viewing the app account details for the first time showed a fee charge of £106 and 0% for 12 Months which was not required informing Virgin agent who refused to credit the fee stating no alterations could be made to account after two weeks found not possible due to App problems and not been supplied with copy of appliction form. Pleased with Virgin agents help but disappointed with app verification difficuties no copy of application form ,prior account details showing fee imposed of £106 Received today from Virgin Money after review and complaint an offer to refund fee charged by telephone
Accepted me and balance transfer within a day. 3 weeks later sent me a mail saying I needed to call them, tried numerous times to get through waiting for around 45 minutes Finally got through and they just wanted to check a few more thinks with me (info I had already shared) made me very nervous doing this over phone . Because this was so late due to delays on their part they then overpaid my balance transfer !!!!

Virgin Money were great in setting up our new business account. They processed the application really quickly and the account manager that we spoke to was obviously knowledgeable and helpful - Great experience.
Virgin money are very good at communicating and letting me know exactly where I stand with regard my finances. Fast and easy money transfer. Just a great experience as far as my financial life is concerned 🙏
