Great customer care goes such a long way
I was locked out of my Virgin credit card app because I’d tried to download it onto 2 different devices. This was at the weekend so there wasn’t anyone available until a weekday. I also found the options difficult on the queuing system awkward because when I pressed a digit on my iPhone this wasn’t picked up by the automated system so I kept getting cut off. Anyway, I would have left quite a poor review after this but when I got through to Customer Call centre and spoke to a person- what a game changer. I am so delighted with the response from Patience who I spoke to today that those glitches I experienced have been quickly forgotten. Patience really was patient with me and took time to answer all my questions and my initial issue was quickly resolved. Thank you so much Patience. I understand that things do go wrong with a new service but good customer care is key.
