If I could give minus I would. My complaint ref Section 75 Virgin Money Claim 109796. You continue to ignore my emails. Basing refusal of consumer rights. The garage still refuse to install my engine after removing it without permission. This is a clear breach of contract. You refunded as a chargeback and now basically refuse consequential loses relying on a non compliant forensic engineers report from aviva the garages liability insurer. They fail to adhere to all criteria under CPR 35 rules for forensic engineers reports. You have ignored , delayed and continue to financially punish me for clear consumer rights breach. Please can someone from senior management get in touch immediately

Went into Darlington branch with a friend who was having a problem with account statements. Emma the lady behind the desk was kind, considerate, polite and within a very short time sorted out the problem fully even printing off some paper work he hadn't received
Big up to Ryan Wallace who helped me set up the Virgin Money App, top bloke who conducted the call with upmost positivity and great customer service. Give the man a raise.

They did the hard credit search on the MIP and now when we raise a complaint, there is no solution. Be aware of this.
The transfer from Santander was handled well but the accessibility to the new Virgin Money Business current account was dreadful. It took over a week and four long telephone calls before being sorted by Marc (whose persistence was to be praised).
An excellent 0% card with no fees. The best thing is that I now have over £8,750 earning a decent tax-free rate of interest in a Virgin Easy-Access ISA. Thanks, Virgin ... :-)

Can't register/log on to business Internet banking - reported issue by phone, no reply after promised investigation/resolution. Can't make international transfers - only available online. Absolutely not reccomended.
After 25 years with Barclays, I recently made the switch to Virgin Money as my main bank—and I couldn’t be more impressed. For over two decades, I held both a current account and a credit card with Barclays, maintaining a healthy income and consistent loyalty. Yet despite that, I received little in return. My packaged account, which started off modestly priced, had crept up to £37 a month for mobile phone and worldwide travel insurance—without any meaningful upgrades or recognition of my long-term commitment. Then I came across Virgin Money’s offering: the same insurance benefits for just £12.50 a month. That alone was enough to make the move. But Virgin didn’t stop there—I was also approved for a credit card with 0% interest on purchases and balance transfers for 18 months. In all my years with Barclays, I was never offered anything close to that. I’ll admit it—I’m a bit of a Virgin brand loyalist. But this experience has only reinforced that. Virgin Money delivered real value, transparency, and respect for my financial intelligence. It’s refreshing to see a bank that actually rewards its customers rather than taking them for granted.
