Customer Services at it's best...
I must express my thanks and gratitude to the technical knowledge, patience and shear calmness of Advisor Tina in helping and guiding me to correct the problems that unexpectedly arose with my Virgin Money Credit Card App. With several problems that arose during the process - some down to me personally, and others due to the fact I do not have a 'flexible' iPhone, she showed admirable patience over some 48 minutes to finally guide me in how to rectify the problem, and reset the App. Oh, that other major Company's Customer Services were at the level that Tina exhibited.
