Swift and comprehensive reply to queries and very helpful staff when store called directly to answer concerns, as I had not made a purchase of this nature before. Reassurance given that should the item not be as I was expecting that a refund would be given. Great service throughout, honest representation and very pleased with purchase. Actually looked better in the flesh than expected!

Trainers was emailed across for a quote on the 28th July, just received the trainer’s back today the 28th August after them ‘failing’ them, even though they quoted on them and asked me to send them! All 3 items i sent were purchased from Flannels so 100% genuine. Stated I wouldn’t accept on the items of clothing unless trainers were took too, gave me a quote then paid on the clothing and sneakily returned the trainers 😡 This was after 18+ emails asking for a reason over and over again, and stating I needed the trainers to be paid on, or I wouldn’t let the clothing go. Customer service useless! Had problems printing labels, waiting days for quotes, no help whatsoever! AVOID!!!

Izzy helped me to buy a lovely bag yesterday. I wasn’t quite sure which bag I wanted, and Izzy was great at helping me choose. She seemed very knowledgable about the different designers and knew the store stock they had.I opted for a gorgeous Chloe bag yesterday in great condition. I will definitely be back.

Excellent delivery service

CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE ONLY Guys can you please work on the customer service instore, you made a huge effort to move under one roof and have a mega store that looks quite reasonable... the service should match. I understand that in truth this isn't luxury shopping but it isn't budget shopping either. Constantly having 1 person doing multiple jobs helping 5 customers is just uncouth, not to mention the "selling station" you have a Content Creator struggling to price items that people are selling, not much product knowledge (calling Etoupe beige (advised by another member of staff). He had to beg for support to which a woman came over who ignored everyone previously to complete a pre authorised quote from the online store (this customer actually cut the queue!, when confronted by another customer about this the staff said nothing & the queue jumper was rude!). What is happening? what was the point of this new store if you are continuing with the old out dated sales model? please try to bring the service level to acceptable, hire a brand image consultant or just a real customer service manager to train all staff on the sales floor, have real staff allocation on the tills and selling station... it's 2026 sort it out!!!

I couldn’t be happier with my Designer Exchange experience on this occasion. Several of team over three shops helped with my purchase, far exceeding my expectations and going above and beyond what is the norm I am sure. Special mention to Keighton, Sot and Stephania who all ensured I was able to purchase the item Id been looking for. I have honestly never had a better shopping experience, I am blown away by their efforts. I loved this store already and now I will ensure I always shop here. Highly recommend. They really are excellent at what they do.

I had a great experience at Knightsbridge Branch: The store manager Ms.Stephania Suarez went out of her way to help me find what I needed ,she clearly cares about the details. Had an issue with one of my orders, and the manager solved it fast with a big smile. She is "A true leader on the floor” Thank you Ms.Stephania for creating a warm, welcoming space for both shoppers and staff :)

Unsure of the description on one of the items, I submitted an enquiry about the product and was emailed back with a suggestion of being sent further images via WhatsApp - this was followed through very quickly. Very happy with images I then asked if I could have it held while I was unable to place the order. It was not possible but the communication on this was efficient and I was in no know way kept waiting. Once I made my purchase - it was delivered two days later. I am blown away by the service from them!

I was in the Birmingham store this afternoon. The staff in there are so helpful and very pleasant. They are always very willing to help you with any questions. Have shopped there for many years and will continue doing so thank you ladies.Alison
