The store was amazing . I had such a seamless experience . Patricia Ullbrich who manages the store was simply professional . I had never used the reselling service before and she warmly introduced me to the process , and familiarised me with their policies . This was such a helpful process and she discussed I detail the steps . The reception was so warm with her and the team , including all the security guards . The store really is classy in it's customer service and offers great values . The account creation process was so easy and everything from start to end was simply professional . Thank you for the A star service !

I ordered an item paid £1300, changed my mind as soon as I realised the design was an older design so I didn’t want it anymore. I emailed asking to cancel after 45 minutes, all my emails and calls clearly got ignored after speaking to someone from Knightsbridge because it’s been shipped with DPD so now I have to go to the hassle of sending it back and paying for my own return when I told them well in advance I didn’t want it. Such a joke

Super easy process selling 2 of my older bags which I was given a great offer for. I knew I wanted a 2nd hand Speedy so took the higher (and very generous) offer of vouchers instead of cash. Just had my Speedy delivered and, for the price, I can’t believe how immaculate the condition is. Next day delivery too was perfect for an impatient gal like me ☺️

5 stars for the staff at Newcastle store especially Elisha who was great in sorting everything out even the technical stuff which I’m no good at 👍 But have to give a 3 star on the time frame as my goods were already checked in store and a price given the next day and now understandably that have to be checked for authenticity which is not a problem and I have no worries with that but for it to take up to another week before I actually get my offer is not exactly a fast turnaround if I had known this at the beginning I probably would have got some help and listed them online instead of running up to Newcastle 2 days in a row maybe it’s worth mentioning on the website the time frames involved as for someone looking for quick cash for their treasured pieces this is not a fast option Thanks Stephen

Shocking Customer Service ... Im in the process of selling a designer bag to you, and have a problem with the postage label. I have emailed on 3 occasions and entered 4 requests on your website and i have not had a single response! TERRIBLE communicaton

My experience with Designer exchange in Manchester was incredible from start to finish. We were let in immediately and greeted the second we stepped into the store. The customer service was insanely good, they let me try on the bag I was after without rushing me to make a decision, and even held the bag back for me so I could decide if I wanted to buy. Sadé and the other lovely people that worked that day really made me feel welcome and were so so helpful!
