Service needs a lot of work
I purchased online and collected my order from the Knightsbridge store. While the online experience was good, the collection service was extremely poor. I went to the sales desk and was completely ignored until I approached a staff member. I explained I was there to collect my order, but she prioritised another customer who arrived after me and then told me she couldn’t help as only two staff members were working. Eventually, she retrieved my shoes but then proceeded to have a lengthy conversation with a colleague about a theft in the store while still holding my order. I had to interrupt and ask her to complete the collection. Overall, a very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.
