My experience with Designer exchange in Manchester was incredible from start to finish. We were let in immediately and greeted the second we stepped into the store. The customer service was insanely good, they let me try on the bag I was after without rushing me to make a decision, and even held the bag back for me so I could decide if I wanted to buy. Sadé and the other lovely people that worked that day really made me feel welcome and were so so helpful! I’m in love with my new Chloe Paddington bag and I’m so happy with my experience I will %10000 be back soon 💙
