Knowledgeable staff and helpful promt service

Always quick and easy

I’ve been buying these filters for years with no issues, but this latest experience has really put me off. One of the filters turned out to be faulty, so I emailed them expecting a quick resolution, especially with their advertised 3 year warranty and 90 day money back guarantee. That was weeks ago and I’ve had no reply at all. What makes it worse is that they’re still sending me marketing emails, despite completely ignoring my message. It feels like they’re only interested in the sale, not the customer. I won’t be doing business with them again based on this experience.

My thanks to Jada who recognised I had ordered the wrong one. It took several emails and replies before it was realized I had the wrong connection on the filter. All replies were dealt with promptly and the return procedure, excellent.

The item was allegedly delivered but no notification of celery by the company by the time I was able to go to Royal Mail a package had been returned to the company but still no refund, I realise this is a fault on the delivery side but never the less I have still not received my package

I drink water filtered by a UK Water Filters set up every day and have been doing for years! Simple effective and safe! :-)

Recently purchased a water filter unit for the kitchen. Amazing customer service and technical support. Particularly want to call out Jada for the outstanding service she has delivered on my order.

Bought a whole house cartridge filter. Worked for no more than 3 month, then went back to awful water again. Customer service appalling. Advised them the cartridge had failed. They were not interested in the fact that it was my outlay expense of hiring a plumber to make new copper pipe work in order to fit the cartridge, so therefore it’s not just the cost of purchase of product that leaves me out of pocket. Neither were they interested in paying for a plumber to fit a second filter. Given that the first one failed, I had no confidence in the second one being successful. Because they did not want to pay for a the fitting I would have been further out of pocket if that failed too. It wasn’t worth risking losing more money. It’s all ok if it works. But the true test of a business is how they deal with you when their product fails. They were not interested. I didn’t want to be constantly chasing them and getting into a dispute so I just walked away. That was almost 2 years ago, all of a sudden they have started sending me marketing emails. So I decided to write this review.

Bought a twin pack in the sale, great value. I have tried cheaper version but these are so much easier to fit.

I have purchased both a fiter housing and taste and odour filter cartridges from UK Water Filters for quite some time I have found the filter cartridges that they supply are in my opinion the best on the market. The service and assistance they provide is absolutely the very best. And to top it all of the cost of the products the supply are excellent compared with other suppliers
