What a fantastic company UK water filters are. I have been using them for a year now. They remind me when my filter order is running out so I can order in time to avoid the awful alarm beeping! Their prices are extremely competitive and the whole process is just so efficient!

Have been trying to speak to someone for a week in the technical department told repeatedly would be called back in 10mins still heard nothing. Very much have the right company and got palmed off with many emails and have supplied my number, still waiting

Amazing service.

The buying experience was good, they sent the item pretty smartly. But it was the wrong item. I emailed their helpline and they responded within hours asking me to clarify. I did, with photos, and then they didn't reply at all. So I phoned their help line. I got the usual robot, offering me a bunch of options, none of which were appropriate, so I chose the one that seemed best, but that was wrong, so I went back and chose another one, and eventually got through to someone who told me all the relevant people were on another call, and they would call me back. That didn't happen. So I rang again, same result. And again. I think I phoned 4 times, and in each case I was told everyone was busy, but they'd call me back. It never happened and eventually I just gave up. As explained below, they did issue a refund, so it's all good now
