They said I will receive my refund
They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Truly valuable for parents and children.
Request for a specific, size comparison of our Solar Systems planets with name labels within the past couple of months and they've only gone and done it, beautifully too! Am so pleased, and I now also have an incredibly smiley, happy child! Twinkl have thousands of wonderful, up to date, multilingual resources for a massive range of topics, subjects, planners, guides and so much more. Also, these resources are suitably arranged for parent and/ or teacher access. There are free resources, as well as many levels of subscriptions you can choose from. They have an online shop with many accessories, stationery, classroom safe mugs, and a fab range of teaching, and parent planners in many colours and patterns, too. I have used the many resources for home education, as additional schooling help with homeworks and projects, and I cannot forget to note that the different book subscriptions are fantastic!

Not only was she able to help me (I have changed jobs and hadn't realised that my account was linked to my work e-mail, which I no longer have access to), but she saw that I hadn't used my account over the summer, so gave me an extra month. Good and quick solution for my feedback…
Good and quick solution for my feedback to the Twinkl care team made me satisfied. Thanks Liam I used Twinkl subscription to download resources for my son, secondary school, I found the Revision mats very helpful and saving time . Very important to ask the team to provide you with a guide on how to search and download because there are lots of resources. They provided me with email that i saved because it includes all links regarding how to find what i need easily.

Top notch customer care service
I had an issue with renewing my subscription, so I contacted Twinkl customer care because i was really desperate to get some resources i needed for my work, and they gave me helpful tips on how to go about it, however, the challenge I was having is from my bank. I told them this and I was shocked when I received a mail that they are sorry for the troubles I'm having and they gave me 7 days free access to all their resources. I'm very grateful to Twinkl for helping me when I needed them most.

I have been using Twinkl for many years to support my teaching. It is an invaluable resource that not only helps to make the learning environment look engaging and inspiring for the children but also provides an outstanding array for teaching materials and resources.
