They said I will receive my refund
They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Old fashioned first rate customer service
Contact with Liam and Laura at Twinkl when trying to cancel my membership was excellent. Both were extremely polite and friendly and their responses to my emails were prompt and helpful. They were able to sort out my problem very quickly. Thanks.

Outstanding Customer Service
Twinkl has great educational resources, but they have even better customer service! After requesting assistance, I received a helpful reply within minutes from a customer care associate. Then four kind and patient associates found a solution to my unique situation. I was very impressed with the level of care! It has been years since I have received such outstanding customer service from a large company!
