They said I will receive my refund
They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Awful Website they are tricking us
Twinkl is the worst they emailed me a thousand times about the free resources but none of the resources are free! They just trick you by saying its free its free and the resources which are free are useless This is the second time I am reviewing this website but 0 customer care!

I’ve been using Twinkl since lockdown…
I’ve been using Twinkl since lockdown so roughly going on 4 years now. I decided to homeschool my children fully since then and Twinkl has been a fantastic support to our homeschool. I use Twinkl to plan lessons and the children really enjoy the resources that Twinkl have to offer. Over the past two years I’ve been using their planners to help me bring structure to the classroom. This year I even received a free planner from them which is beautiful. The children also enjoy playing the learning games in Twinkl. I use a lot of things from Twinkl to decorate our classroom, borders, posters etc and they are bold colours and very attractive, people are always amazed when they see our classroom, they say it looks just like a school classroom even better! Customer service support is extremely on point, they always quickly reply to any issues I have and they are also fully solved. Many Twinkl staff have assisted me over the years it’s hard to remember them all but most recently Emma and Alexander. Thank you to you all! Twinkl has helped make our homeschooling experience much easier. Their resources are abundant. I also am a member of all their Facebook support pages and I am subscribed to their YouTube channels also. I 1000% recommend Twinkl to anyone who is or is considering homeschooling their children. Even if you are not homeschooling it’s great support for extra work for you children on weekends or holidays from school. I was actually introduced to Twinkl by my eldest son’s teacher when my children attended school. May I also added both my children have autism. Twinkl as a great supply of support for SEND children. My membership is the Ultimate membership which I usually pay £9.99 a month for. I just purchased a yearly subscription for £70! This was homeschooling discount week which I managed to grab a bargain! Oh before I forget we also get wonderful book through their book club which they also supply work associated with the books they send. We’ve enjoyed many lesson doing this.

Watch out when cancelling memberships!
While the system works all right, it didn't register cancellation of my membership. I virtually have: 1. Created account 2. Downloaded single image 3. Closed the account All that within half an hour. Yet three months later I'm still being charged for the membership.

This is a truly amazing app
This is a truly amazing app. I use it every day for my 11 year old who is home educated, it’s been a life-saver! Honestly I’d have been lost without Twinkl, everything you could possibly need to home-educate your child (or in addition for a school-educated child also) is on here. Thanks Twinkl for taking the stress away.
