They said I will receive my refund
They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

Recommend especially for homeschooling
I’ve been using Twinkl as my main resource for homeschooling my two children for about 18 months now. I love that there are planners that cover the entire curriculum with flexibility to add or exchange topics, unit plans or workbooks as needed. A lot of fun items too, such as classroom displays and posters. Definitely recommend!

Political agenda in teaching resources
Received an email from Twinkle in Arabic today. Suddenly they decided to convert me from English to Arabic. Wrote back n email saying I do not wish to receive emails in Arabic. Ignorant customer services representative tried to teach me nowadays political geography stating my country is Israel and if I do not wish to receive emails in Arabic, I can change my country with the settings! Unbelievable stupidity and ignorance,simply unacceptable attitude. Avoid this company by all means
