They said I will receive ny refund but I haven't receuved anything. I was being pass on and pass on to each agents. They said it will onky take 5 to 7 days, then it became 10 days then it said another 5 days. For real! I cannot make an email each day. Why make it complicated.

I was recently having problems accessing my Twinkl account which was totally caused by me. Joy, the person I reported the problem to was kind and patient. Especially since this had happened before and was resolved in the past. (I had forgotten what I needed to do to be able to use my account)

I’m very pleased with the high level of customer service at Twinkl. I hadn’t used my account in a few months so decided to cancel. Hannah kindly added the 4 months onto my account and when I renewed so I received 4 free months

I've been a Twinkl subscriber for around five years now and can only give a good review on all criteria. Not only do they provide excellent material to use as supplement material in my ESL lessons, but their support is also tremendously helpful. Recently, the school where I work provided a Twinkl account for their teacher; I had no reason to use my account. Unfortunately, I neglected to inform Twinkl not to renew my subscription before the annual deduction for my subscription was taken from my account. When I wrote to support, they responded and passed my case to a manager, and within three days, my case was solved, and three days later, I reserved a full refund. Twinkl support is super helpful and friendly, and they make the overall experience much better! Thanks support!
Contacted Twinkl on a Sunday evening, not expecting a response till the next day. I got a personal response within ten minutes and my query, relating to a free gift, was resolved straight away. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended!
I had prompt and effective communication with Emma to sort out an issue with my membership. Not only that, but she looked at my unused membership and sorted that out as well!! I shall now be able to access creative resources at every required opportunity.

Twinkl is an excellent resource. It provides support to teachers TAs and all school staff. Covering EYFS to KS5 it helps at all levels. Wonderful helpful supportive team who will answer questions and offer solutions quickly. Different levels of membership makes it affordable and flexible. Lifesaver on many occasions. Allowed me to be in bed at midnight rather than 3am.
TWINKL provide great resources for teachers and family helpers of all ages for all ages. On top of that they do have a team who genuinely do offer support. It’s not a chat bot without the option to talk to a real person who will endeavour to help you find the right solution to your problem. I spoke with Liz yesterday. She listened carefully to my query and went above and beyond in providing a wonderful solution for me. Both company and their dedicated staff highly come highly recommended.
