Although you can only contact them via chat they do generally have good customer service; I would have given it five stars but I don't know if the fix to my issue works yet, so I don't want to get ahead of myself. Twigby has been pretty good for me since they use the Verizon towers. I do have trouble with texts not getting sent & spotty coverage at times, they sent me a new SIM, hopefully it will fix my issues.

I was having problems with my device losing RCS chats and being disconnected. I contacted customer service through the chat and the representative was patient with me and tried multiple ways to fix the problem. They were able to fix my issue after trying several different things. I am really happy with the service I received from twigby.

I ran out of data today. My fault been traveling and my internet went out so no wi-fi. I needed to add data for about a week and chatted about adding an extra gig to get me through to the next billing cycle. The Twigby Rep I chatted with about helping buy the extra gig of data to get me through noticed i could upgrade to a higher data plan at the same price. Not a promotion, but permanently! So now I have an extra 3 gigs a month! That was beyond amazing! Always get excellent online service from you guys! THANK YOU

My phone order was a little complicated, so I felt I needed someone to chat with. I got a wonderful person to work with who understood my concerns and what I wanted. He/she "talked" me through the ordering process every step of the way, and the transaction stayed stress free. Sy was incredible! I've recently had my personal information stolen and had to freeze my accounts. Sy helped me keep my service going while I wait for new cards to be delivered. Sy also went through my account history and made recommendations to better customize my phone service and save me money. Now that's customer service excellence!

Twigby was a perfect alternative for a no-data voice line. The price was great, and I had no issues with reception anywhere. In addition, customer service was easy to reach and very responsive. This is a bona fide 5-star review.

I've been a Twigby customer for a year now and the phone service has been very reliable. Today I needed help with changing my primary payment card. I used the "chat" feature. It was easy and very helpful. I appreciate being able to text with someone rather than doing phone calls. I process information better if I can see the words.

The reason I'm giving the chat 4 stars is for your compnay not running a promo or discount for existing customers at present. Link earned a straight five. The 4 is because your company is prioritizng new customers over us loyal ones :(

Well, maybe half a star taken off because it was never explained when we were supposed to switch the SIM cards, but when we contacted the chat, it was pretty awesome! The person (maybe his/her name was Link?) gave us clear and useful instructions. Since we are new to this company, I hope they live up to the reviews I have seen elsewhere. So far so good!
