Great customer service!
Sy was incredible! I've recently had my personal information stolen and had to freeze my accounts. Sy helped me keep my service going while I wait for new cards to be delivered. Sy also went through my account history and made recommendations to better customize my phone service and save me money. Now that's customer service excellence!
