They take your money, you get nothing! Had to go through the bank for refund! Avoid this company! Excuse after excuse

From visiting the store and choosing a bed, to delivery and set up and then a call to customer service due to a small technical hiccup the service provided was excellent. Everyone was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. Now looking forward to enjoying my TV bed with super cinema sound. Well done TVBed.co.uk. Do not buy from them, have waited 3 months for a replacement that was delivered faulty even though that have replacement items in stock, no updates throughout the process unless I chase them. Avoid at all costs

We purchased the Arlo tv bed in cream. Was delivered when stated and delivery lads were friendly. The quality of material is better than I expected. Putting the bed together was relatively simple with instructions. We did end up having to buy a new TV as ours was not slim enough (expected as it was an older one) so make sure you check your tv dimensions! But also need to check the bolts at the back of the TV will line up with the bracket (that was a little tricky). The bedframe only has a bracket that holds up the top/middle of the tv, not the lower half so we’ve had to secure it with sticky tape to make sure the TV isn’t pushed forward and will go down.

We bought the Vogue bed with 5.1 True sound. The bed is absolutely amazing and sound is so immersive. We paid for the bed to be assembled and I would fully recommend this as it took the installers a good hour putting the bed together and they knew where everything went as had done many of them previously. I had 2 dealings with Rob both before we purchased and after and both times he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If you are thinking about getting a TV bed I would fully recommend this company to deal with. First class start to finish.

Amazing customer service

We visited the showroom in Haydock after viewing them online to purchase a TV Bed, mattress and TV back in May, which came to a total just shy of £2600. We were in the process of moving house and they said it would take 8 weeks for delivery as the bed was on pre-order. That suited us as we were in the middle of renovations, and weren’t planning to move in until close to that time anyway. The day of delivery we both took the day off work to ensure it could be built and ready for the night, (We didn’t choose the install as it’s easy to build, despite their hard sell), that same morning we took the old bed/mattress to the tip. We were extremely excited. The delivery driver then rang us the morning of delivery and told us the wrong address had been noted by the sales assistant in the showroom ! We thought it would be a quick fix and they could still deliver it to our house as it was a mistake made by them. This wasn't the case. We spent a further two days trying to find out what’s happening and when our bed was going to arrive, but kept getting palmed off back to the carriers by Stephen, the sales assistant. My partner and I then personally went into store to catch up with the manager as they kept saying the ‘manager’ was never available. We drove 40 miles to the showroom but there was no manager...? The next day we tried to contact the manager but as expected he was unavailable, but was assured he was going to call us back. 48 hours later he finally rang, but was rather defensive instead of apologising for what had happened. Considering this was their fault we were appalled and cancelled the order there and then. We had no bed or mattress and nothing to compensate. As it had been cancelled, we spent all of the last few days trying to chase the manager for an update on our refund, but they didn't seem to care, and there was no sense of urgency, and no one was able to authorise it, and it was only after I threatened to contact my bank was the refund forthcoming, So we had to try find another company for a new bed which luckily we did, which just happened to be cheaper too! Absolutely disgusting customer service, and really spoilt our move to our new home. Do not recommend buying from TVBed.co.uk. Save your money and shop around.

Amazing Company! Amazing Quality! You only get the pleasure of seeing the bed online but i can promise you, you will not be dissapointed when it arrives. plenty of padding in areas that should be padded, great stitching and awesome quality! we had one of our caps break off where the slates connect may of been our own fault but, a quick email and a replacement is being sent out no issues at all!

Delighted with our new Essence Ottoman TV bed. The grey finish looks elegant and works beautifully with the rest of the room. The shade of grey and texture is forgiving and I can't see it scuffing or wearing easily, feels durable and luxurious. As a super king it offers loads of space and comfort and the frame feels solid and well made. The ottoman storage is really generous and easy to lift which makes a big difference for keeping things tidy. The TV rises smoothly and quietly and it feels like a proper luxury to watch from bed. You wouldn't know it was a TV bed when the TV is away, which we love. I also love that I can charge my phone and other devices directly from the bed which is really convenient. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and everything fitted together perfectly. The five year guarantee is really reassuring and shows the quality of the product and transparency of TV Bed as a company. The showroom was lovely and the sales people were honest friendly and always happy to give a good deal. It’s a family run business and you can really tell they care about their customers. The whole setup has made our bedroom feel more stylish and functional. I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service. Delivery was supposed to take 10 days, it was here within 3- everything was very well communicated.

Quality of both bed and mattress to a very high standard. Well priced and delivered promptly. Curtesy call to check we were happy a nice touch. TV Beds were recommended to us by family and we won’t hesitate to recommend ourselves. Thank you!

This would’ve been a 5 star review, had it not been for the distributor/delivery company used by TV Bed. I waited 2 weeks for a delivery date, and only got the date after I called them 5 times, each time with a promise that I’d be called back, I was never called back. I contacted TV Bed directly and the customer service I experienced was second to none. Rob could not have been more apologetic and attentive, practically holding my hand through every part of the delivery of my bed, keeping me more than updated until the bed arrived and was built, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that I was happy. He also managed to get the delivery of the bed brought forward by nearly a week which was amazing, since I had been told that wasn’t possible, despite my dissatisfaction. The bed itself is sturdy and of great quality, I’m really pleased with it. I would definitely recommend TV Bed to anyone looking for a new bed, I just hope that the distributors used by the business raise their standards to match that of the company they’re representing as it’s a real shame that TV Bed are losing a star that as a stand alone company they deserve.

I have just had my ottoman storage bed delivered and installed. I love the bed and the installation was good. Except!! I ordered LED back lighting which when I checked the bed when I got back home. It wasn’t there!!! I contacted TV Bed who said the LED lights were sent out. They said they would sort it out. This followed my total radio silence! It’s always hard to buy something this expensive on line without seeing and it seems I should not have bought from this company!! Be warned!!!

Cannot fault this Company from ordering to delivery. The quality of bed is second to none and even came with the slats already assembled. Was easy to put together and will definitely be buying from them again. They followed up with courtesy call to see how things were. Don't get that very often. Five Stars easy. Donna Lear
