Ordered Buddy single with extra single underneath . Essence double lift up bed... would recomened paying extra and getting electric lift up as it can be heavy to lift... its great for under bed storage... Excellent customer service, super helpful kept us informed at all points as the bed was getting delivered to Scotland so had to be transported up. Bed looks amazing, and quality is 10/10. Highly recommended.

From showroom to delivery, customer service was top tier! Advice given at showroom was really helpful choosing the correct bed and measuring up. Quality of bed we were really impressed with and self build was very straightforward with clear instructions.

I ordered my TV bed back in back in October. The customer service was great and they held the bed for me until I was ready to receive which was really good! They were very accommodating to the delivery days and times. The bed was easy to put together, very clear instructions. I got my TV separately, but it was very easy to install. Overall, I would recommend this company. It also comes with a 5 year warranty which is amazing. The beds are great quality!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! The customer service has been outstanding – every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and the team was always friendly and helpful. When I noticed the lights were missing, I sent an email and they were sent out straight away without any fuss. The bed itself is absolutely lovely – beautifully made, solid, and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for both quality furniture and excellent service.

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we have received! We were a bit concerned of buying a TV bed online especially two. The prices were very competitive but chose TV bed as they seemed the best price! You never know what you’re going to get!! Out standing quality and delivered very quick. Our boys love them :) Even had a phone call 4months later asking how I’m finding the beds and reminding I have a 5 year guarantee. What a great example of a brilliant run company! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and exceeded my expectations.The quality of the bed is exceptional—luxurious, solid, and clearly built to last even better than my precious DFS bed ,It’s like having a home cinema built right into my bedroom, without compromising on style or comfort. I genuinely look forward to going to bed now—it’s become my favourite place in the house. Customer service was another huge highlight. Nothing is too much any questions are answer so quickly and work so hard to quickly resolve any problem you have. The installation team was tidy, and efficient. Everything was set up perfectly with no hassle at all. If you’re considering a TV bed, don’t look anywhere else. From start to finish the service provided by TV Beds has been exceptional. From placing the order nothing was too much trouble as I needed to delay delivery as our house move was unfortunately delayed - no problem at all. Communication was excellent and the two men who came to deliver and install the bed were great! They had it done in no time and were so clean and tidy too! Delivered super quick, the day after we ordered! Customer service has been great. The bed is perfect, exactly what we were looking for. We chose to assemble ourselves and it didn’t take too long to assemble at all, about 1.5 hours. The material of the bed is excellent quality and a lovely colour. We were worried about the tv mechanism being loud when putting the tv up and down but the sound is minimal and it’s simple to put up and down with the buttons on both sides of the bed. Would highly recommend if looking for a good quality and nice looking TV bed!

I was very wary about buying a TV Bed online without seeing it in person but once I had spoken to TV beds, they had organized a video call in their showroom which was fantastic considering I could not get there as I lived too far away, once choosing a bed after a half an hour video call, I was very much more reassured. The bed has been delivered today and it is absolutely fantastic, even better in person. So if you are looking for a new bed, I would highly recommend TV Bed. Excellent from start to finish.

I’ve had my TV bed for a few months now and I’m so pleased! Really great quality, and looks like it too. Couldn’t be happier with the choice of company for the bed as well, answered any queries I had quickly and I also had the bed built which saved a lot of time and stress. I even stupidly ordered the bed to the wrong address which they quickly sorted for me! If you are in the market for a TV bed, this is the company to go with. Thank you!

Outstanding Customer Service's Bed was delivered and assembled all packages where taken away. Unfortunately the bed did have one damaged part on the TV mount. I rang up and provided photos of this at approx 2pm New parts arrived by lunchtime the next day no issues no quibbling no denial just plain good old fashioned positive customer services thanks

From visiting the store right up until having a follow up curtesy call after buying the bed service has been amazing. The price, support & product have been brilliant. My daughter lives her new bed. The guys installing it were also fast & professional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. It was even a lovely touch getting a courtesy call a few months after to check if everything was ok. That’s great customer service & not something you often get.

My Atom 2 TV bed arrived today, the delivery itself was fantastic and arrived exactly when promised. The bed it's self is absolutely beautiful and to top it off I set it up on my own. Instructions very clear and easy to understand. I had one step which I couldn't work out, I rang TV bed and they supported me step by step over the phone. The customer service went above and beyond explaining tips when installing TV and offered a video call if I needed more help.
