We’ve had our TV Bed for 7 months now and we are very happy with the bed and the service that we have received from TV Bed. It took some time to make a decision on the right bed for us, and TV Bed assisted us by sending complimentary fabric samples and giving helpful and genuine advice via email and phone. We paid the extra £ to have the delivery drivers also assemble the bed for us which saved us the hassle. Overall it has been a very positive experience, and we will have our TV Bed for years to come.

Ordered online and delivered in just over a week. There was a small cosmetic piece missing which customer service replaced straight away. The bed looks stunning and having the tv pop out makes for a cosy evening cuddled up. A follow up call from Rob after a couple of month, wanting to check we were happy with our purchase and remind us that every part of the bed was covered with a 5 year warranty, and to give them a call if we had any questions or issues. Customer service at its best. Quite simply one of the best things we have ever bought.

Great bed, great price, great customer service, all round was fab, can’t fault them. They even called after a month or so to check in and make sure all was okay, and remind us of their 5 year warranty should we ever need it. Really happy and 100% would recommend

From placing the order to delivery couldn’t have been easier. The bed is very comfortable and was easy to put together. The customer service is second to none. The phone was answered very promptly and the gentleman who answered was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and reminded me there was a 5 year warranty if anything should go wrong. I would definitely recommend them.

I have had an amazing experience with the Tv Bed - their customer service is so amazing and helpful they really do go above and beyond. On top of this my bed is amazing i can’t fault it. I absolutely recommend this company!

Firstly the bed is amazing, I definitely recommend a tv bed and it’s beautiful and easy to construct. Great quality too. Only problem for us was the fact we ordered it before Christmas and thier delivery times closed before Christmas so we didn’t get the bed until late January and the days in January they offered to deliver, we were working, it was one day or not at all. We would have preferred more variance with delivery days. Apart from that great bed.

So we are on TV Bed no:2 from this company! We bought our daughter one & was that impressed that we bought ourselves one! Fast easy straight forward delivery. They literally are a 10/10 family run business! We are in the processes of ordering bed no:3 for our son’s room. Great styles to choose from! I am a converted woman, as I was never really that overwhelmed by TV beds but these are definitely a game changer! Made really well & to top it off I’ve had the best sleeps in like forever do not want to get up in the morning. Thank you Guys x

Bed is great, but! The cable trunking inside was damaged, called customer services and they said they've stopped putting it in so they wouldn't send a replacement and the delivery service was shockingly bad, what a let down for what is essentially a good quality product. Did get the delivery refunded, but I had to take a day off work to take the bed up 2 flights of stairs and put it together myself, which cost me more than I was refunded!

Fabulous Company! Best customer service whilst buying and also follow-up. Great communications buying the bed which was a 21st Birthday gift for my Daughter. TV Beds helped ensure the bed was delivered on time and could not have been more helpful post delivery. Communications responded to quickly and with such a helpful manner (Rob in particular but whole team super helpful). I genuinely couldn't recommend TV Beds any higher - thank you for ALL your help. Our whole buying, delivery and after sales questions were easy and an all round great experience.

Excellent service with TV beds! The bed is stunning and I paid extra for the installation which was 100% worth it! The two men that came to install, Adam and Kyle were really lovely. They were polite and professional and only took up to 1 hour to set the bed up. Before they left they showed me how to work the remotes on the bed for the tv and lighting and checked if I had any questions. When I struggled to put the ottoman part down myself once they had left (I was too scared to press on it and thought it was stuck). I called and spoke with Rob on the phone who was really helpful and assured me the bed wouldn't break if I pushed down on it. I did this while he stayed in the phone to me and it worked straight away! He then asked if I needed any help with anything else and explained the warranty. Excellent customer service and 100% would recommend using this company!

Leaving another review as this company continue to tell lies! We wrote honest reviews and they reply to the reviews with outright lies because they know we cannot reply to their reply. We bought the bed 18 months ago (not 3 years!) and it arrived with one of the legs broken. I messaged and they said they'd send a replacement - which I'm STILL waiting for. I kept asking for 3 months and they just ghosted me. Then after a year of ownership, one of the hinges broke (poor quality). My partner contacted them and they said they'd send a replacement- great. But despite providing the correct address, they sent it to the wrong one. We then contacted again, they said they'd send another but of course they didn't. We've been trying for FOUR months to get a replacement hinge but they either send incredibly unprofessional messages (we have screenshots), which they then deleted afterwards! Or they ignore us altogether. The most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with.

From the moment we walked in the shop we loved the whole experience. We bought the super king stanford and M10 mattress. The staff were so friendly and chatty, we even enjoyed cuddles with the dog. We did not know exactly when we would need the bed delivering but the staff were so helpful and accommodating in keeping the bed till we were ready. We were given choice based on value and need rather than pushy sales to get us to buy the most expensive items. The delivery was effortless and sorted in less that one week. Two guys came and were friendly, efficient and paid attention to detail. There was one minor bit of damage but the sales staff were so helpful in sorting this. The free dressing gown and beddies where the icing on the cake for this beyond luxury bed. I have never slept so well. I would shop here again but I cant see us every changing this bed it is that amazing. We cant thank you guys enough!

I was looking at TV beds and found this company to be very reasonable so went for it . I ordered the Atom II Ottoman Storage TV Bed and opted for installation . I new the bed i had chosen was on back order. As soon as it arrived in stock , the courier company sent me a link to pick a delivery date that suited me. I was notified the day before of the time they would be arriving. The installation guys were brilliant. They were polite showed how everything worked and took all th packaging away with them. I did notice the next day the Tv switch on one side was not working .Customer service team were first class sent a new part out immediately and was received the next day!. They were prepared to do a video call with me to install,however it was so simple i did it myself. The team checked up with me again that day to make sure everything was working ok. I wish all companies gave such a great customer experience . Loving my new TV bed and would highly recommend TVbed.co.uk to anyone looking to purchase a TV bed . Have stored so much in the ottaman its great .

I’m really impressed with my purchase from TV Bed. The quality of the bed is excellent, and the price was around a third cheaper than similar options on the high street. I had a few queries about installation, so I gave them a call my call was answered in about 10 seconds, and I had my answer within a minute! The delivery process was smooth too. I received an email to book a delivery date that suited me, and on the day, I got a call an hour before they arrived. Everything was straightforward and stress-free. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with both the product and the service highly recommend!

I honestly can't fault TVBed at all. From the second I ordered until the date of arrival they were so helpful and quick to respond to any query I had. As for the product itself, I ordered the SuperKing Capella with 43"samsung tv, LED headboard lighting and the sealy pillow top hospitality mattress and i am honestly so chuffed with it. Unbelievably comfortable and the value for money is insane!!!! 10/10 from me!!!!!

We have brought two tv beds and actually visited the showroom which was an added bonus as we got to feel, see and choose the main bed we liked. We also got to meet Rob and the team who were amazing and very accommodating especially when u have two small children with you. Upon choosing the main bed we were so happy we purchase a guest tv bed too. Excellent communication, aftersales service and overall experience. No fault or issue with the delivery or Anything else. Have to mention the complimentary bath robes and slippers ! Thanks guys

Ordered frame online and paid £645.05 in full as per total given. After 8 working days I chased delivery and was told that as I was out of area I needed to pay an additional £30.00. I did this but now have to wait another 5-7 working days for delivery as they didn't do anything before as were waiting for the additional £30.00. Not once did anyone try to call me about this, instead they just waiting for me to chase delivery. We are now sleeping with our mattress on the floor and despite asking they won't look into speeding up delivery for me despite the fact that it's not my fault their website doesn't calculate delivery costs correctly. Poor customer service all around. I just hope the quality is as good as they say it is otherwise I'll be returning it all to them. Now 25th February the 7th working day since paying extra for delivery and still waiting. Just had email from delivery company and can't deliver till 3rd March which will be the 19th working day from when I ordered. Not exactly 5-7 working days for delivery.

Rob and Maddison were so helpful when I needed to get a new remote years after purchasing the tv bed and they are great people to deal with. Service was exceptional 👌 thank you both of you.
