TurnKey Vacation Rentals

Turnkey’s initial, 4-month trial period renting-out our home was a great success. Despite a couple of home repairs that had to be handled, Turnkey’s crew and dedication to make the renters’ experience resulted in a 5-star review across the board. They excel in communication, resulting in a service that benefits both owner and renter. We truly let them handle everything!

The Turnkey team was incredibly responsive, helpful and professionally yet friendly prior and during my stay. The property itself was terrific and in a great location.

While I would not rent that particular property again, the experience I had with the TurnKey staff was exceptional.

Good space, easy access, no issues

Perfect place for a mountain getaway. The whole family enjoyed this place and the view was amazing.

Absolutely loved this home! It was the perfect size for my family and I to get away from the big city. Turnkey was very responsive when I reached out for questions and was very thorough with the check in process. (However, checking in was a little strange. The person that checked us in was not very welcoming and didn’t feel as if she was happy to be there). The reason for my 4 star review is there are some things I hope the owners would take in consideration. For the price I paid (which was almost outrageous; but given it was Easter weekend) there were no amenities available such as coffee Laundry detergent, games for the family to play… just small things like that. We needed to make multiple trips to the store to stock up on the small things. Given that’s it’s a family home there were not available board games or movies to watch. I also did noticed there were some things that were left not properly cleaned. Handprints on the tv screens, spider webs on the windows, my fiancé needed to fix one of the screen on the window because it was popping off. The sink smelled like food was left in the garbage disposal for weeks. Overall it was a great place and definitely ideal location to stay. ✌🏽

Extremely poor experience with the team. They were not willing to work with us to resolve the issue. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean and I love the space.

House was very clean, perfect for a small group of girls celebrating a birthday! Very close to Bodega Bay, restaurants and shops. Turnkey made it very easy to communicate via text.

We recently spent a long weekend at this beautiful property in PGA West. The condo is in great condition and very comfortable. The patio has a wonderful eastern view making for beautiful morning sunrises. It is set far back from the golf hole with no cart path so plenty of quiet privacy. It is very close to the stadium gate so easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Turnkey does a great job making everything easy from check in to check out. We come to PGAW many times each year and we will definitely book this property again.

Los Pórticos was a very nice place to stay and Rex from Tex the host was awesome as he gave us tips and was on key with food recommendations. We had a great time at the pool and walked to town as we were so close. Definitely recommended and we will be back. Thanks for everything

The Turnkey rental process is very thorough. They provide clear, succinct prompt information on the property, check in process and details required at the property ie Wi-Fi, bbq, etc. When our property was not as clean as we expected they immediately responded to make things right. The Home Care Supervisor Mike was very professional and personally attended and addressed our issues and concerns. Overall very satisfied but due to initial cleanliness issue gave a 4 star instead of 5.

House was fantastic! Very clean and well equipped. Location is great with easy walking access for groceries and a quick drive to downtown Palm Springs. The pool/back yard is very understated. Very spacious and comfortable. The website pictures do not do it justice.

We had a great experience. When we arrived the jacuzzi wasn’t clean so we contacted Turn Key and they responded immediately. They were helpful and professional.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE Turnkey Vacation Rentals requires reservation holder to register every single guest on their portal. Upon arrival, the guard did not have the list of our guest names and would not allow my guests to enter. Dealing with this company has been a headache from the beginning, as due to our work schedule my wife would have arrived earlier at the property than me and Turnkey Vacation Rentals rejected my request to register her as a secondary reservation holder. The level of customer service and flexibility to provide a smooth path to a short vacation was horrible and absolutely unacceptable. Their responses are mostly canned automated responses that do not offer any help or solution. We were embarrassed in front of our guests would NEVER EVER use this or any other corporate-own property again.

Excellent customer service & communication with Turnkey. Have used their service a few times and will continue to do so. No complaints.

Our experience was good. There were a few aspects that could be improved for future guests, such as an area to take your dog, some things such as stains were left on the carpets, so on.
