Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

Issues with installing smart meter, this was not resolved for months and my emails were ignored. I am still uncertain if my smart meter works as it should

I changed my energy provider to Tulo after searching the internet to get a better rate for my energy. Tulo was the best rate that I could find. The switch of provider was really easy & was completed very successfully. Since then all my dealings with Tulo have been clear & simple. I receive an email each month & send in my meter readings. I can read my bills on line & the payments that have been taken. Everything is very simple to use.

I changed from a major supplier to Tulo on the basis of cost. From the outset they have been very informative about any changes of cost or usage. Costs remain very competitive and bills regularly delivered.
