Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

Everything was very smooth and lots of emails told me what to expect and what was happening in moving from another provider. I also like the online portal which shows everything so clearly and enables you to see where you are at

Very easy to switch. App seems basic but works for me. Not much information on things like getting smart meters installed.

Switching was fast, been able to do everything Iβve needed and when Iβve contacted support chat has been friendly fast and theyβve done what they promised, much better than my last supplier . Switched over and my smart meter even works and in home display. Very happy and just recommended a friend to join them.
