Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

Customer service team exceeded my expectation by calling me to resolve confusion when they could have just proceeded to increase my unit rates. Slightly dissatisfied about Tulo taking a monthβs payment in advance on the day I started with Tulo.

Great company to deal with. Very friendly customer service. Change over to this company was so easy. Very easy to get statements on monthly bills as not a very tech person myself.

It is still early days with this new provider, (it has only been three weeks since I have requested the transfer) however the sign up was easy enough only small issue was the upload of the photograph for my electric was not recorded even though I did submit it. Not sure what happened then. I have since submitted a recent recordings of both gas and electric at the start of this month. Still waiting for my final bill from previous supplier.

Switched supply to Tulo but the electricity element failed to 'transfer over'. Unfortunately it was left to me to work this out; Tulo could have been more proactive in monitoring the situation - I had even advised them at the outset that something was not right.
