Easy to switch. Prompt response to a query. All good so far. Rates seem competitive currently
Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

Easy to set up and the cheapest tariff I could find. I have found that accessing a more detailed breakdown of energy usage isn't as easy as with some other major providers otherwise it would be 5*. 200906

Tulo have given a much better tariff/direct debit rate for the energy we use. It's nice to see small companies coming back so the big 6 have competition again and it creates a downward trend on souring energy prices. Account Number: 201061

I had issues when I first signed up with Tulo. My switch over date was 2 days after signing up but I had no power 3 or 4 days afterwards. When I phoned customer support the guy on the other end (I think it was Mike) couldn't do enough to help me. He even called me back after office hours around 7 in the evening when the business closes at 5pm. He sent out an emergency call out to fix the problem and it was sorted the next day. Turned out it was nothing to do with Tulo and it was an incompatible energy meter in my house. Really happy with the service I received.
