The after care when I experienced a problem was excellent
I recently bought a Suri toothbrush, thinking it would be perfect for travel since a charge last over a month. Well I tried it and loved it so much that I tossed my old SonicCare toothbrush, and promoted the Suri to my everyday toothbrush! It feels very good in my hand, does a great job getting my teeth clean, and I love the magnet mirror feature! I love it so much I just bought one for my husband.

I have mixed thoughts about my new SURI toothbrush. For one thing, I wish that the toothbrush wasn't made in China, and I wish that the travel case was made out of something other than plastic. But I understand those are challenging demands. One thing is that the SURI toothbrush is aesthetically quite beautiful! Very sleek and slim, while also sturdy. The actual brushing experience was alright, although not amazing. And I am left questioning whether or not my teeth really feel fully clean compared to other toothbrushes that I have used. This may be something that takes more time to fully assess, and perhaps could be a bit of user error/ignorance. I also really appreciate that the bristles are not made from plastic. I appreciate the timer features including the 30 second reminders. And I love that they take back the old heads to recycle them as part of the subscription. Overall, I am still intrigued enough to continue using the toothbrush. And I appreciate the overall purpose and goals of the company, so I am willing to support. Thank you!
