The after care when I experienced a problem was excellent
I recently bought a Suri toothbrush, thinking it would be perfect for travel since a charge last over a month. Well I tried it and loved it so much that I tossed my old SonicCare toothbrush, and promoted the Suri to my everyday toothbrush! It feels very good in my hand, does a great job getting my teeth clean, and I love the magnet mirror feature! I love it so much I just bought one for my husband.

When my battery failed towards the end of the one year warranty period, I contacted customer service who were extremely fast and responsive and offered me a no quibble replacement which was sent out the same day. If only all customer service was this good!

Great toothbrush. I love the travel case with the cleaning UV light. My teeth feel so much cleaner and I am sure the stains are lifting. Battery life is very good. Delivery was fast. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love the toothbrush, makes my teeth feel so clean. Absolutely zero complaints there. However, the tape that came with the mirror mount was not fit for purpose and the mount and brush fell down. Thankfully there's a shelf not far under and the brush was undamaged. I replaced with nanotape, and now it's working perfectly. I like the subscription model for the brush heads, but would love an option for every 12 months so the total amount for your sub would also come with free shipping. Now it feels like you get a discount but given the 1.99 shipping you're not actually cheaper off. Otherwise would, and have, recommend(ed)!

Great products and responsive customer service I've been very happy with the product and also the sustainability. On the one occasion that the toothbrush developed a problem charging, they promptly sent a replacement.
