The after care when I experienced a problem was excellent
I recently bought a Suri toothbrush, thinking it would be perfect for travel since a charge last over a month. Well I tried it and loved it so much that I tossed my old SonicCare toothbrush, and promoted the Suri to my everyday toothbrush! It feels very good in my hand, does a great job getting my teeth clean, and I love the magnet mirror feature! I love it so much I just bought one for my husband.

This is a fantastic company, with brilliant product and first class customer service! Honestly I can’t rate then highly enough. I had a problem that my Suri toothbrush wouldn’t charge, I sent a email and they asked me to try something at home to see if I could help to understand what the issue was. It wasn’t what they thought so they offered straight away to send me a replacement. So easy and it arrived within a few days!

Love the look, sustainability and how long the battery stays charged for. I bought the case and I'm really pleased with that too. The magnetic wall mount is really useful for me too. Cons: I've been through several (very expensive) toothbrush heads in a short space of time because they seemed to keep breaking! Could've been a bad batch though I suppose. The toothbrush and replacement heads are expensive compared to some other brands and I found it hard to get used to going from an oscillating-rotary to a sonic; I still sometimes feel it doesn't get my teeth as clean.

Approaching a year of use, My SURI started to malfunction and be intermittent. After trying their suggestions to get it working properly failed to work, there was zero hesitation by SURI to replace the in-warranty toothbrush. Prompt, courteous and efficient customer service. Always a hallmark of a confident brand. Thank you for excellent customer service.
