Truckstop.com Load Board

Lots of brokers won't give me freight cuz my mc is too new and a lot of cheap freight. hard to pay bills that way plus I'm still learning how to look for loads..

Is not what I spect it, is hard to get loads for a 24ft box truck and they said it was real easy but after paying for the pro membership it wasn’t worth it’s been 2 weeks since I got it and haven’t even gotten a load that’s is worth it

Was given false information from representative about loads available in my area pertaining to power only loads the average number of loads and rate I was lied to about both it’s been the same 2 low paying loads on the board all week if the representative was honest I would not have spent $240 on a membership

I’m new to owner operator hotshot trucking and the people at Truckstop and Truckstop factoring have been great. Jessica has helped me a lot on what I need to do. She has checked in with me to see how I’m doing. That kind of customer service you can’t get anywhere. Thank you for everything you have done and I look forward to the future with this team.

This is my first time dealing with a TMS. Truckstop is extremely intelligent and innovative. I love it. But,its only as good as the people behind it. I have spoke to alot of those people and everyone has been so understanding and helpful. I love it. Thankyou

I have a box truck and many loads doesn’t say anything and when I call the need an specific equipment like 53’ long or flat bed.

I’m very new to Truckstop, and I’m really trying to use it because I think it has great potential. But I have to be honest and, and say I’m disappointed its user-friendibility it. When you call customer service they know very little about the product and they’re not able to really give any good guidance. And they’re very limited in what they do know. It might’ve been something to consider to have the most vital things necessary to run a Load Board such as being able to know the weight of the item which will determine equipment that you need is in a very important part of information needed in your load board. Which I understand that you do not have at this time however working on it. I think the price that you charge for your system is over price and not having all the elements necessary is lowering the value. Have your product put together first and then you can charge what it is worth but you don’t up charge and then promise to add different things to it.

I found out about TruckStop, through a fellow trucker and i found it to very useful , i like the direction it's going in a glance into the future keep up the great job with creating the content and information.
