Blaine Athmann Shipment # 7383995 Also made my drivers wait 5 hours to get loaded, he was sarcastic about the detention and in the end he only gave 100$, poor rate for that load and really heavy!!! It was easy booking a load. Communication was excellent. Great customer service!!!
I was told my delivery appointment was 1/5/23 @ 08:00 but it was 09:00. I was given the standard BS dispatcher answer, "I didn't make the appointment. It seems to me that no brokerage trust truck owners/drivers. I know it is a small thing but if you can't trust the driver to be on time don't load them. Lying is not good business and YES, this was a lie.

Trinity Logistics is by FAR one of the best brokers on the planet. You don't have to worry about bogus loads or poor rates. My favorite is Carrie, however, I have not had a bad experience with anyone.
