canceled load after a minute of booking

Did not communicate
Bill called my driver told him he was at the wrong place. Told him it was his dispatchers fault that he had sent over new rate conformations, we never got a email. I even emailed him and he would not respond

A Broker that Cares
Booking a load is simple, documentation is accurate, and the team is supportive throughout the load. Trinity also honors detention/layover without making the process challenging. One of the few brokers that shows care about drivers/carriers and is conscious about time, effort and costs.
