We did load 7553659, that load was from ga to ocala and sarasota, we sent email to confirm first delivery address, have emails to prove all emails to him and never got response from him, called him and never picked up the broker Nick JR calloway , driver went to ocala and it was not there the correct address was in riviera beach, now the load balloned to 500 and something miles, driver delivered sarasota and riviera went for the other day, the driver was paid only 250.00 for a layover and the difference from miles. Nick JR never responded to emails and the calls, I talked to Nick Sr and hes response was, thats what you are getting, so we delivered the load and got screwed on this one 170 more miles and a layover for 250.00 and we had to eat eat it......if I personally see a load with this broker I will never book a load with him, it was bad experience and we did a really god job. By the way driver arrived at 1pm and got loaded at 9m, broker knew about this and no detention too!!! so what can I tell you.......a really bad bad experience.
