Lying dispatcher
I was told my delivery appointment was 1/5/23 @ 08:00 but it was 09:00. I was given the standard BS dispatcher answer, "I didn't make the appointment. It seems to me that no brokerage trust truck owners/drivers. I know it is a small thing but if you can't trust the driver to be on time don't load them. Lying is not good business and YES, this was a lie.
