Overall
Overall, very good service, very diligent and helpful when requested. We have been doing a lot of loads with you guys lately and everything is good now, but at the beginning, they didn't pay for difference on the weight of a load. I keep asking but never heard back on this matter.

A no hassle experience
A no hassle experience and the broker was polite and efficient. The load was loaded in a timely manner and unloaded in a timely manner as well. I will definitely try to book this load again in the future.
