Usually shop at the store in Edinburgh. However,in Vauxhall had great attentive and VERY PATIENT service from Gregory at the service counter travis perkins vauxhall.Would recommend the shop to everyone with service that will leave you with a smile and happy you visited. Regards Lance Lance White

Very poor service and informed 4 days after placing order that items are not in stock and then requested additional delivery/courier payment to speed up their errors. Items required for booked trades which then needed to be canceled (last minute), so lots of very unhappy people due TP stock error and last minute information. I can't run my business efficiently, if TP lets me down like this!

Didn't spend masses, but still felt like a valued customer. Arron kept me up to date and passed on my delivery instructions as I would not be available at time of delivery. Delivery was exactly where I wanted it, as if I'd put it there myself. Thanks team, I'll be sure to visit you again in the future.

Called the branch as online can be incorrect stock info and confusing. Edinburgh East - Jamie was the quickest most helpful trade counter dude have ever spoke to - this is my branch from now on. Thank you TP

Travis Perkins Dunmow is an absolute joke when it comes to online orders for some reason there drivers are always sick or if there not the deliveries are always late. When you call your given different excuses depending on what member of staff you are speaking with. No good no good at all

SCAM! Beware bought items over 2 weeks ago online worth over £400. Have not received them and being refused a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

We hired floor and edge sanders from Travis Perkins in Kendal to renovate some old floorboards. There was a fault with the floor sander early on, but Andy arranged for a replacement to be sent and allowed us to extend the hire period at no extra cost. All staff we dealt with were friendly, courteous and very helpful.

I work for a property Services Company so I am at Travis Perkins Eastbourne 0146 Store a lot. There is a staff member who works in the yard, I believe her name is Louise, who is the most helpful staff member there. She will physically help in picking up plasterboards and other materials, and she is the only one in the store who does that. And she helps every single time. She is a very hard worker and makes my experience at Travis Perkins so much better. I would really appreciate if this was passed onto her to let her know she is doing a great job and to motivate her. With her skills she’d easily beat any man in the yard. She is the queen of the store!

This is the second time I have used the Bognor Branch and the staff are so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and therefore customer service is superb.

Ordered 2 bulk of sand and requested delivery on my driveway. All great and quick service. ROBERT PRICE & TERRY HOWELLS didn’t manage to deliver this order as there drivers can’t reverse there lorry.

I have been using these guys for a while and the support team are beyond helpful. It's best to contact your nearest store instead of the website as they can offer a more competitive price.

Frist class service, and friendly. Twice I've used Trevor Perkins for my decking boards great price.

Had a delivery today by Andy at a busy hospital in Telford. Tight spaces and cars parked wherever they pleased. He took the time to asses the best path to take and made the delivery swift and with a smile on his face.

The worst company ever that I came across in my lifetime in website we buy ceiling tiles boxes and we only get loose as a result they said it’s a error in the system but we lost the money going all the way there from York to Scarborough and the branch online treating us like a dog shame on you don’t even negotiate my losses

Been in this branch many times and wanted to inform you that the staff always give excellent customer service are knowledgeable and always offer a professional service. Thanks to Chris the manager and his team. Would highly recommend.

What has happened to this place! It’s not the same place it was. . Previous lady sarah at Travis Doncaster was fantastic , experienced and always up for a chat. The staff there now don’t have the knowledge. It’s lost its buzz unfortunatly.

Just want to give a big thank you to Terry and Tom at the Torquay branch for sorting out my issue. I had put the wrong house number and Tom had delivered it there. Luckily he had only just delivered and Terry spoke to him and arranged for Tom, lovely guy, to collect and redeliver. For sure 20 mins later he was here. That's what you call great customer service, something not seen very often thses days. Terry and Tom are a credit to the Torquay branch.

I come to Travis Perkins Tamworth every morning to load up some materials, and Wilf in the yard is fantastic. Nothing is a bother to him; he is very friendly and always willing to help. He is very knowledgeable about where materials are kept and is always prompt and efficient. He is a great asset to the Travis team. Keep up the great work, Wilf!
