Brilliant customer service, very precise and clear information. Also I would like to add that it was an Excellent service from Danilo! He helped me book the perfect holiday at a better price than anywhere else for the same package. Danilo was really helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be booking through Travel Republic again! I also hope he’s passed on the special request to the hotel to allocate one of their nicer rooms with a view, as we’ll be celebrating both my birthday and my wife’s on the day of our arrival. We chose the Ramada for its great reviews and reputation — of course, it’s entirely up to the hotel to consider our request.

Very helpful and patient and ensured everything was correct

We have used travel republic a few times now for various things but have never booked a package holiday with them. The booking process was easy and was the best price we found online. Customer service is where a company either flys or crumbles and travel republic went above and beyond. Our flight out got cancelled (technical fault with the plane) at 1am with a flight rebooked out the following day. We were only going for 4 nights so due to this had lost a day of the holiday. I called the out of hours team who notified the hotel we wouldnt be arriving however her resources were limited due to the time of day. However i was grateful to be able to speak to someone when we dodnt really have a clue what was going on. The next day i called and spoke to the in resort team. I told them ideally we would change our return flight to the day later so we got the 4 days we had originally booked. They liased with the hotel and airline to accomodate us. The hotel wouldnt budge and said nothing they could do. If we wanted an extra day we would have to pay. The airline moved it no issues. I contacted the travel insurance to see if there was anything we could claim for with regards to the hotel but there wasnt so agreed to pay for the extra night. Once i had confirmed those changes Danielle came back and advised they didnt want us to be out of pocket and would cover the extra night. This to me is what customer service is all about she went above and beyond to help us in a stressful time and we were very grateful. I would recommend them to anybody now due to our experiance as not every company is so helpful or accessible.

Tanks for the booking get away from the bad weather anymore sunshine

I rang Travel Republic today to see if my wife and I could possibly change our destination to the Maldives from one island to another. Lucky for me I spoke with Menaga I told her the reason for ringing and seamlessly without any issues she was able to do exactly what I wanted. Menaga was very polite and very respectful, I asked her to me back in an hour so I could check back with my wife and as promised rang back at 4pm. I gave Menaga the go ahead with the booking, she read back all the details for me to confirm were correct and the new booking was made. Within seconds she had cancelled our original booking and confirmation of our new booking had been emailed to me, excellent top class service . Menaga also arranged for my wife to receive assistance at both airports she said she would also contact OZEN at Madhoo to advise we would be coming and that we were repeat guests, and also advise of our request for particular bungalow numbers and that we would be celebrating our 41st anniversary whilst on the island, she also mentioned I could now book our seats on our BA flights which I had not realised we could do, a big bonus so seats now sorted both ways and free of charge. Special thanks to this lovely young lady for all your help, my wife is now extremely happy with the change and cannot wait to be back at OZEN once again. Regards Peter and Sonia

2nd time booking with Travel Republic, found them to be the cheapest for the holidays we wanted to book. We decided 11 weeks before flying that we needed to change from 10 nights to 14. Tarek was super helpful, nothing was too much, he advised me along the way of what he needed to do and the process. Overall a great experience Thank you Tarek and TR
