I will rate 2 cos of the service, I have been using travel republic for booking since 2010… and the service has been up and down… I paid for attractions thinking was close to my hotel however was far away, I called them when I got the hotel and they refund my money back… 45pounds. Secondly I paid for shuttle transfer… I called the company to find out the time the number didn’t go through and I called travel republic no one picked up. Another waste of 20 pounds Kmt

If you are considering booking with Travel Republic, please read this. We booked what we thought was a luxury 5-star holiday. What we got was a nightmare with unsafe food and rude staff. But the worst part wasn't the hotel - it was the feeling of being completely abandoned by Travel Republic. We called and emailed them from day one. Their support team did nothing. For our entire holiday, we were stressed, sending emails, and trying to get a response while they delayed, ignored our evidence, and ultimately told us they couldn't help in time. They ruined our holiday through their incompetence. We are now having to go through a formal legal process to get our money back. Don't make our mistake. The risk that something will go wrong and they will simply leave you to deal with it alone is too high.
