The navigation around the site is easy.

After my original review Travel Republic have been on touch and although the cannot alter what virgin have said, it will still be over 500.00. They have however assured me the car park is still free at this hotel with Travel Republic. It was in the print hard to find and I missed it. I thank you for that. I'm going to keep my seats but have parking is included. Still a little disappointed. I've use travel Republic before, but now I feel they are jumping into bed with other companies ideas. I booked the holiday and was happy with the price. Now, tried to book seats which I couldn't at booking, the want to change £150 each for a change on the booking, that's before I actually want to change seat, probably about £500 in total. I'm at a hotel I've used before, last time parking at hotel was free even though the hotel charged, now travel Republic want to change me £20 per day. TR just want to blame everyone else, nothing to do with them . I probably won't use them again

Currently stranded in an airport in Male Maldives. Hotel have no record of our booking and no transfer has been arranged. Been sat here for 2 hours now told need to wait another 5. Already travelled for 22 hrs. For such an expensive 5 star holiday this is totally unacceptable. 17 weeks pregnant no air con in airport building where we have to wait. Spent £49 calling UK for them To offer no assistance and after chasing 90 minutes after initial email they said they have contacted the hotel. When asked how - “via email.” Won’t ever book this company again. You have already ruined a magical Holiday for us.

It was so refreshing to actually speak to someone i could understand .. a northerner lol.. but seriously.. a great call with a very knowledgeable person who helped me immensely with my booking.. stayed on the line to make sure I was happy..
