The support from our wonderful Consultant, Gillian Marshall, cannot easily be measured. From start to finish she is magnificent and unflappable. We had another emergency situation whilst away and she was there despite it being a late Saturday night in the UK. She is a joy to work with and is responsive, friendly and so efficient. I would never book a package holiday without her help. I can’t recommend working with Gillian enough - holiday planning is so easy now and definitely trouble free. Our Florida trip was fabulous from start to finish. Now thinking of what to do next year!

Such a great trip! Planned our entire honeymoon. All the transfers, flights and ferries were all sorted, all the drivers were lovely and it made our travels stress free because it was all sorted. The hotels were stunning and it was a perfect trip!!

Our holiday was made easy as Kerry did all the hard work, which meant all we had to do was get on the plane and enjoy our holiday, had a message half way through to see if everything was going ok. Will definitely be using again next year, 10/10 😎

We got exactly want we wanted from this trip, Tracey who recommended this little holiday journey made the right choice of company to fly with, transport to the hotel and the location of the Hotel in Malta. We were looking for a mix of how people lived centuries ago, the knights of St, John and the vibrants of the city of Valetta.

We give our Travel Councillor, Amander Roper, some testing holidays to book. Spot on every time. We are just back from a Madrid, Pica de Euro, Bilboa, South of France 11 day holiday. Four venues, travel by car, bus, train and taxi, all perfect. We were booked into Madrid's best hotel, with balcony, at a very reasonable price. 'Go online to book holidays.' NEVER. Amander Roper for fabulous, easy holidays. I don't want to tell you as she's very busy but...the best.

Adrian kept us updated and ensured that we knew exactly where to go and how to get there throughout the trip. This was especially important on this trip as the itinerary had to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. It is so reassuring to know that when we book a holiday through Adrian, we can rely on him to help if any issues arise.

Super experience booking through travel counsellors for an 8-man lads golf holiday to albufeira. Kerri planned the trip perfectly to our request and we couldn’t have been happier. The cost of the trip was great value too and wouldn’t hesitate using Kerri Kelf of TC again for our trips. Really does make holidays less stressful!

This is the second time that I have booked a holiday through Travel Counsellors. Ellie and Anthony are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to help. It's so nice to go on a holiday that has been made so easy, especially when they go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful time. Fantastic well organised holiday. Highlight was the lodge in Gal Oya, if anyone is planning a trip to Sri Lanka I would 100% recommend this.
