Worst insurer on the planet. They have not responded to two years worth of communication.
Aftercare requires improvement
Do not use!!! Have a Fleet Insurance with them! they took one of the vans for repairs after an accident. That was in June 2022 and I still don’t have the van back, been calling them everyday since and everyday is a different answer “we don’t know where the van is” , “ oh you don’t have it”, “we can’t find someone to fix it”. I still have to pay for the van out of my pocket as they refuse to cover it. They now just refuse to take my calls whenever I try or just ask me for all the info “as per the policy” and transfer my call to 5 other people that ask me the same thing just so I can finally be told to just wait. Do not use them they just run an insurance scam it’s not worth saving a few pounds with them just so you pay more if an accident happens

Crap company. They insure and I say the word lightly. Global airport parking services .... Who smashed my car up .. would they pay out !!! Not a chance . As the driver a Kabir Hussain would not submit his driving license to them,so I had to pay £5800 to get my car fixed . Tradex didn't want to know and we're as rude as hell especially a woman called Julie I think she's the manger so this review is to tell you don't use this company for your insurance as they are con artist and have a very bad attitude when you call them a right bunch of muppets . Who by the way are still working from home , scared the covid is going to get them
nearly 4 weeks to get the repair on my car authorised. Needless to say, i will not be renewing with them. Funnily enough, i asked for a renewal figure which surprise surprise has not been sent. Constant emails to get a manager to call me only to be ignored, the whole team from management to phone jockeys need re-training and the bunch at kindertons have an even lower I.Q.
I was hit by one of their drivers, phoned in to tell them i was passed about, cut of 4 times was on for over an hour, fed up, after speaking to one of them 6 times he cut me off as well, so put a complaint in on email, and told them what i rang up for, lets now see what happens, next i will get a solicitor then they will pay out alot more,,,
So this company are disgusting. Their insured car ran into the back of mine. The driver thought he could disappear (luckily I was quick and got his number plate). They couldn’t be less bothered have not looked into it and are rude. I am left with a smashed up car because they can’t be bothered to contact their client. Disgraceful
They NEVER Pay out for anything! Do not use this company! Had a car stolen and I’ve lost £15000 because of them!

Awful company been a loyal customer 5 years never made a claim always paid in full then out of the nowhere call to say cancelling my policy no reason to why refuse to give me my mo claims for new insurance promised calls back from manager ect never called rude on phone unhelpful and can’t be bothered to help me try to find out/ resolve issues definitely wouldn’t recommend after this awful experience with this company
Update 16/9/20: So after not getting a response from Danielle Griffiths I decided to cc the complaints team I did get a response from Sarah McCrae from the compliance department she sounded helpful at first she done her investigation and sent a final letter this is the reason why they rejected my complaint "We have completed a review of our telephone recordings and although the policy was accepted via telephone, we have been unable to locate the call from when the insurance policy was accepted. You have asked that we provide you with a copy of the telephone call recording from the point of sale however, as we are unable to trace this call, we cannot provide this." Goes onto say I need to get in contact with yhe fianace department to pay the £153. THIS COMPANY THINKS I WOULD LET GET AWAY WITH TRYING TO ROB ME OF £153 FOR THIER MISTAKES. I found a email I sent to Connor on the 11th July with my DVLA check code so i forwarded it onto Sarah McCrae today but never got a response guess it shamed her,got a call from Jack who I spoke to last week he said I no longer have to pay the £153 as it was their own admin error. Sarah McCrae,Danielle Griffiths & Connor Goldstone should be sacked for doing a terrible job the amount of errors made by connor is ridiculous IF YOU EVER SPEAK TO THE NAMES ABOVE MAKE SURE YOU RECORD THE CALLS!!! Update 8/9/20: Emailed Danielle from the underwriting team 3 times now no response as of yet,called on the 4th spoke to a member of staff who said she will follow up with Danielle to see whats going on and then to make things worst another admin error they got my DOB wrong too so all this time I've been driving around with inccorect details in my policy! Update 2/9/20: Got a email from Danielle Griffiths from the underwriting team trying to con me out of £151.33 trying to accuse me of not stating my 3 points which is all lies it was in my previous policies with them I told the sale team member too THERE WILL BE RECORDINGS and whats the need to lie when it shows up on my dvla check code. BE CAREFUL WITH COMPMAY!!!! out a policy on 5th aug spoke 2-3 different staff members sent out email too just so I can get access to my mid account still nothing today 17th Aug. Spoke to laurane on the 11th she said she will get back to as its under investigation still nothing!!! This company has gone down hill for the past 2 years god knows how they will be if you make a claim.
My car was hit from behind by a driver insured by Tradex, car was written off. Trying to get Tradex to respond is like trying to milk a rocking horse!

I took scrap insurance out with these people and for no reason(no accidents) doubled my premium to a wobbing £5,000 from £2500 after being with them for a year with no claims & absolutely no reason given why apart from WE MADE A MISTAKE (says it all about this company) this has affected my business massively. THEY HAVE SOME ANSWERING TO DO! I had to go without insurance for nearly 6 months due to lack off funds. I will be taking this matter to court. Companies like this shouldn't get away with their fraudulent dishonest ways ...

one of the worst company in uk please please dont go them .they dont care about the customers. the waiting time is shocking made some calls for renewal my 1st call was on holding for around 45 minutes then have a word with the girl and complaint about the waiting time.next day made another call oon a different time to see the response but this time even more ridiculous ,the bell rings and rins for 60 mins ,after the call dropped without any answer. now the 3rd day made another call around 9:15 morning as i think its just beginning time and should be less busy ,when rang them the computer replied that the office is closed and it happend till 11 am. then i found a complaint number on google and rang them had a word with a lady she made through my call to the relevent dep and without anything else just in simple words i told them to please send me my NCB'S BYEEEE forever. found a good company now
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We had taxi Insurance with them.The 9 seater vehicle was in a small shunt. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out this happened on 10TH September 2018 still not resolved reported them to the ombudsman for not following procedures. Our business has suffered and we are thousands of pounds out of pocket. Don't even know when it will be resolved. They will offer you the smallest settlement they can and we can't replace our vehicle of the same quality to meet the county council requirements.
Very bad company. 3 weeks trying to get a pay out on a claim, I was told everyday that Payment was coming. When you call you are just passed from one department to another and no one can help.
