Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Fantástica experiencia!!! Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito. El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

" Le top de la location à Ténérife"

Première réservation chez Top Car mais pas la dernière. A la réception, une employée souriante et bienveillante. Le responsable de la livraison également et la voiture désirée était parfaite, propre, bien désinfectée et en ordre pour tout avec très peu de km. Pour la remise après 15 jours tout aussi facile et la caution de 500 euros récupérée en moins de 10 jours. Services parfait qui nous combleras dans le futur. Merci.

Enncantados con esta compañía de alquiler. Repetiremos. Mi experiencia ha sido en el Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria. Desde la recogida del coche hasta la entrega todo ha sido muy fluida la atención del personal. Excelente trato. Tanto en el aeropuerto al tramitar la entrega, como el chico al entregar las llaves y la chica al devolver en la oficina por la noche de hoy domingo. Por poner una pega que solicité lleno/lleno y, me entregaron +3/4. Así es muy muy muy difícil calcular para devolver. Por cierto la devolución del depósito fue el mismo día. Unas 3 horas después. REPETIREMOS Gracias.

He alquilado dos veces con ellos un…

He alquilado dos veces con ellos un mini cabrio en Las Palmas y un C4 Cactus en tenerife norte. Lo único que no me gusta, pero no por ello voy a dejar de volver a alquilarles, es que si contratas lleno/lleno no te lo dan así pero te piden que lo dejes tal y cómo ellos te lo entregan ( cosa que es muy difícil de calcular). Por lo demás bien.

UNOS AUTÉNTICOS LADRONES

Fecha exacta para que luego no digan que no encontraron 5 de octubre a 9 de octubre que fue entregado ,UNOS LADRONES , así de claro me dieron un coche que en principio está bien , luego empezó a hacer un ruido , pedí una grúa vino a las 2 horas , me trajeron un coche nuevo hasta ahí bien , luego voy a devolverlo y me saltan que le di un golpe , UNA MENTIRA COMO UN PINO , Por autopistas que golpes le puedes dar ? Encima por debajo una mentira más grande que en mi vida , lo que paso fue esto ,que el anterior lo habrá roto y quieren que lo pague yo? El tonto de turno jaja pues no ,ya está la demanda puesta ! En estos días le llegará , me soplaron 1150€ por la cara algo que no hice increíble , que bronca dan las injusticias !

Kaution nicht zurückerstattet, Finger weg!

Ich kann mich dem Herrn unter mit nur anschließen, die von uns verlange Kaution wurde vom Konto abgezogen anstatt sie zu blockieren. Bis heute (4 Tage sind vergangen) wurde sie nicht erstattet (Es handelt dich um den Standort in Fuerteventura), ein von uns bestellter Kindersitz war defekt, wurde aber auf mehrfache Nachfrage von einer etwas überforderten Mitarbeiterin organisiert. Das Auto wurde bei der Abgabe, trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage, nicht auf Schäden überprüft und bei Anmietungen wurde standardmäßig versucht, uns eine völlig unnötige und teure Versicherung anzudrehen. Das ganze führt mich zu dem Fazit, dass ich von der Buchung abraten würde. Falls TopCar hierzu Stellung beziehen möchte: 161047 ARN74940000263018275056101
