Ga naar Cicar

Door een vluchtvertraging in China kon mijn kameraad 2 dagen later aanwezig zijn in Lanzarote. Ik had al een wagen van bij Cicar. Dus ik met zijn vrouw naar de luchthaven, want alles was al betaald. Totaal geen begrip daar en zeker geen hulp. Zelfs een arrogant lachje. Ze kreeg hem niet mee omdat haar man hem geboekt heeft. Terwijl ze wel als chauffeur opstaat. Na 2 dagen kreeg zelfs haar man hem niet meer omdat je de auto binnen 24 uur moet ophalen. Nooit meer Topcar... Wij noemen het flopcar. Nu nog hopen dat ze het geld terugkrijgen.

Avons récupéré les informations et dû payer une assurance supplémentaire tout risque de 68 € pour 15 jours et avons du aller récupérer les clés à un autre endroit sans grande explication. Le GPS ne fonctionnait pas de retour en agence refus de changer de voiture car pas d'autres voitures avec un GPS. Vidange a 1200km. Pneus dégonflés...

Fantástica experiencia!!! Lo aconsejo totalmente. Habíamos reservado un descapotable pequeño, y nos dieron por el mismo precio un precioso TRoc, nuevecito. El trato también muy agradable, así que repetiremos.

Only with topcar this problem not with others

I booked a car on xpedia ( this company tried their best) but topcar is the worst company ever Don’t book with them My wife has no creditcard of herself So I did the booking I gave her my passport picture the booking confirmation and my creditcard that I used to book this car She is not allowed to collect this car It is paid in full until 3/8 20 days from now They said the car will be available 24 h after collection date How is this possible if you show up ? I can believe this is you don’t show up Other carcompany I don’t have this problem

Polite staff, hassle free rental

Used Topcar in lanzarote after terrible treatment at goldcar. Booked in airport for a very good price for 1 week, staff member was friendly and helpful. Good clean car that supported our needs, and had to phone once to change drop off time and inform them the car was only 3/4 full when picked up. (contract was full to full) absolutely no difficulties what so ever, this was sorted instantaneously and contract amended to 3/4 tank. Easy drop off at airport with, again, friendly staff. Will use again when in canary islands.

ne pas y aller!

J'ai réservé une Volkswagen Polo et j'ai eu à la place une Hyundai I-10 qui est bien plus petite, même si soi-disant c'est la même catégorie. il n'y a qu'à voir la taille des roues sur la Hyundai qui font peur par rapport a une Polo! J'ai eu la voiture avec zéro carburant, alors que j'avais réservé de plein a plein. Extrêmement sale a l'intérieur, des chips, des cheveux... Sympa en plein covid... en plus de ça la révision est passé depuis 7000 km... Peu rassurant. J'ai demandé à changer de voiture on m'a dit qu'il n'y avait que celle là... J'ai eu une bonne expérience avec top car, au grand Canaries, mais si ce n'est vraiment pas le cas a Ténérife sud, je ne recommande pas du tout... Je confirme suis a la response de topcar, je suis bien un client topcar, et je confirme tout ce que j'ai dis. J'ai precisé que mon experience a gran canaries etait bonne, mais pas a tenerife sud. Je confirme que l'entretein est passé de plus de 7000 km. J'ai des photos, mais pas la possibilté de le mettre ici... Voiture topcar hyundai i10 tenerife sud Plaque d'immatriculation 0254 KGC

Lo primero es agradecer el trato por…

Lo primero es agradecer el trato por parte de todos los agentes por el cual tuve contacto. Fueron amables, educados y sobre todo me solucionaron cualquier duda que me surgiera, ya que mantuve un contacto directo durante casi mes y medio con ellos. El coche era justo lo que necesitaba en ese momento, mientras en el taller me arreglaban él mío. Lo único que puedo expresar es gratitud hacia el personal de TopCar aeropuerto de La Palma

Llegué el Lunes 19 temprano

Llegué el Lunes 19 temprano, sobre las 7:30 de la mañana, el señor que me atendió no podía ser más antipático, me intentó vender un seguro a todo riesgo y cuando le dije que lo tenia ya contratado con otra compañía empezó a hablarme muy mal, que seguro yo no habia leido bien el seguro que habia contratado, que no estaban cubiertas las ruedas y lunas, y a decirme que me iban a quitar la fianza de 650€ al menor rasguño. Me dieron otro coche diferente del que tenia reservado y cuando se lo dije me contestó gritando que era de la misma categoría. Cuando le pregunté al final que donde estaba aparcado el coche me volvió a contestar gritando que tuviese paciencia que lo estaba explicando todo y me lo explicaría a su debido momento. Atención pésima, muy grosero, gracias a este señor no volveré a alquilar con esta empresa.

Publicidad engañosa

A ver, antes de alquilar coche aquí, barajad otras empresas ya que en mi caso yo alquilé un citroen c3 y a mi llegada a recogerlo cual fue mi sorpresa que me tenían preparado un pedazo de Dacia (modo ironía on). El coche no tira ni empujándole. Es decir, pago por un tipo de coche y me dan el q a ellos les da la gana. En la pagina web no aparece ni siquiera el tipo de coche Dacia, por lo que es publicidad meramente ENGAÑOSA. Se escudan en q te dan un similar si no Tienen en ese momento el coche reservado, pero todos sabemos q un citroën no es no de lejos similar a la tartana que nos han dado. No engañéis más.

Alle Jahre habe ich bei Ihnen auf Gran Canaria am Flughafen ein Auto gemietet das Auto war immer super top Doch dieses Jahr war ich auf Teneriffa hatte auch ein Auto gemietet doch ich war sehr schockiert Das Auto war sehr unsauber mußte unterweg an einer Tankstelle anhalten und alle Scheiben von Innen putzen Die waren so dreckig mit der Sonne konnte mann nichts sehen Sorry das bin ich nicht gewohnt von TOP CAR Habe es auch gesagt als ich das Auto zurück brachte das einzige was mir die Person gesagt hat war das Wort "SCHADE"
