Fast shipping, genuine samples. I would have taken off half a point because the individual labels are pretty bad (hard to read) on the bottles but each bottle came in its own baggie that was also labeled.

They will rip you off. To be fair, the products are pretty good and the packaging is cute but the whole thing turns out to be an auto-renewal scam. I ordered six months worth for my wife for Christmas as she is a japanophile and I thought she'd get a kick out of it. I even thought about getting her another subscription next Christmas. Then I was charged for another six months. What? This must be a mistake I thought. Nope. Turns out they auto-renew every subscription. The kicker? Once they charge you, they won't refund the money. Ever. I cancelled within an hour of getting the charge and wrote them. No dice. In this day and age this sort of thing is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid.
