Slow to send - CS not helpful.
Took two weeks for anything to be sent out let alone received. CS are completely unhelpful and don't actually advise what's going on - just give platitudes without sorting anything out. Wanted to cancel as the delay meant overlap with a holiday so no-one to now take it, foolish me thinking the 3 day turnaround in shipping wasn't a lie. CS ignored that request until they shipped it out and then said "Woops we can't". I now need to try delaying the delivery with courier which given the state the sakura co box arrived in which is done by the same company I have no confidence the products inside will survive for another week. At least when Bokksu messed up on a box I ordered with them they actually help and refund where there are big delays - I'm not complaining about a day or two - it's two weeks. Edit: Made the mistake of trying them again and giving benefit of the doubt. Latest box hasn't been sent for over three weeks, given a tracking number that just states a label was generated a week and a half ago with zero movement. I might receive an October box in mid November oh and to top it all off the british queen dying is apparently why a box from Japan hasn't shipped. What a poor service full of excuses. My advice, don't bother. In addition this review was asked for more info by the seller as if to write a response - funnily enough after several weeks I haven't heard anything from them!
