Really badly manage company. They seem to have a really poor track over their inventory. I had issues with every other i have placed with this company. I call to my local branch to see if they have an item in stock they responded yes the system says there are x amount in stock, i ordered online for click and collect and they order took over a week to be ready for collection. The second order i placed, was also click and collect, for an item that was in stock at the branch, a few days later I received an email that the item was ready for collection. But wait hold on then i received another email ''sorry we don't have the item here is your money back''. their click and collect is a waste of time!!!

I ordered a product and it arrived 3 days later, however when opened it appeared to be a wrong product. I called Ballymount branch and a lady acknowledged that the wrong product was sent. She told me that someone will call me later that day. Nobody did, so I called them again and was told (no apology given) that the correct item will be send and I will get it the following day (Wednesday). I told them that I had a contractor booked for Friday. Today is Saturday and no item and I had to paid €100 to the Contractor who turned up on Friday to do a job but no items so no job and charged me 100euros for call out charge. Very disappointed with a service and delivery. Will not buy it or order from them ever again. Avoid, avoid !!!

Excellent ! Easy to order and pay online, and fast delivery. The driver called ahead of arrival and asked where on the property the delivery should be unloaded. A slick and professional service.

The height of a ton bag of drainage gravel has been reduced from 900mm to 600mm, price has not changed. Gravel is not washed either, plenty of small lumps of clay mixed in. The website still says 1000kg approx and the label on the bag says 1000kg approx.

I placed an order online and after 10 days I hadn't received my order. I contacted a member of staff who emailed back to say that they were waiting on stock to come from other branches. Another 10 days went by and I had to repeat the process, with the same outcome. It is now 5 weeks since I placed the order and I am still waiting. Hopefully it will arrive soon!!!! Not good enough!!!!!

Staff were very helpful unfortunately order was not complete and I had to chase for follow up delivery, 3 times I was given different delivery dates, all 1 way traffic until final driver Matt was in touch and arranged delivery as promised
